IRA HOTEL SANTORINI

Centuries ago, a volcanic eruption followed by a devastating explosion  sculptured the sharp cliffs and brought about this unique spectacle of Santorini, the Caldera.

On this sunlit island, Santorini, one of the most beautiful islands in the world, the most visited island of Greece, in the picturesque village of Firostefani, in a quiet  and tranquil location, on the closest vicinity to the volcano, perched high on the very edge of the Caldera with a spectacular panoramic view of the volcanic isles, the far horizon and the deep blue sea, we have built, renovated and upgraded, with all respect to the local architecture, a complex of  luxurious, traditionally styled standard double rooms, apartments and suites, IRA HOTEL.

The hotel is built on different levels, following the cliff’s descending incline.Each unit has its private balcony overlooking the volcano and the Aegean Sea, and can accommodate 2-4 persons .Our units fall into the categories of Standard Double room, Superior Double and Suite.

Firostefani, a quiet village, but also the elite village of Santorini, built on the rim of the Caldera cliff, 200 meters above the sea, with a panoramic view of  the sea and the volcano. It is just a few minutes walk from the island’s capital, Fira, but away from the busy center, and far enough to be very quiet. Its location is convenient for shopping, and night life. You can reach Fira by walking along the path on the edge of the cliff, and enjoying the spectacular view all the way.

Near by, we have a public parking area, a mini market, small coffee shops and souvenir shops, well known luxurious restaurants but also,  traditional taverns.
